2. Our Role
Preseason Co Ltd acts as an intermediary between sports teams and our partner hotels, resorts, and service providers.
We coordinate accommodation, training facilities, logistics, and other associated services on behalf of teams.
All bookings are subject to supplier terms, conditions, and availability at the time of confirmation.
3. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once Preseason Co Ltd has received your deposit payment and written confirmation of your request.
All services and inclusions are subject to final availability at the time of confirmation.
We reserve the right to adjust or refuse a booking if requested facilities, dates, or services become unavailable.
4. Payments & Deposits
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your group reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Preseason Co Ltd acts as an intermediary between teams and accommodation partners.
All payments made to Preseason Co secure your reservation and cover associated supplier costs.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to Preseason Co Ltd.
The 30% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under all circumstances.
This deposit secures your accommodation, facilities, and logistics with our suppliers.
If a cancellation is made after the full balance has been paid, refunds for any remaining amount (beyond the deposit) will depend on what can be recovered from our suppliers.
Preseason Co Ltd will make every reasonable effort to minimise costs and return any recoverable funds, but this cannot be guaranteed.
In cases of no-shows or cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the full amount of the booking will be charged or retained to cover supplier commitments.
All cancellation timelines are calculated from the date the written cancellation notice is received.
6. Changes to Arrangements
Preseason Co Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the camp itinerary, accommodation, or facilities where required by the supplier or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. maintenance, weather, or operational issues).
Equivalent or better alternatives will be provided where possible, and any changes will be communicated as early as possible.
7. Flights & Transfers
Flights are not automatically included in our packages but can be arranged on request and subject to availability.
Private airport transfers may be included or offered as an optional add-on, depending on the chosen package.
All travel times, vehicle types, and routes are subject to supplier conditions and local traffic laws.
8. Insurance
All travelling teams are required to arrange their own comprehensive travel and sports insurance covering injury, cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
Preseason Co Ltd is not responsible for any losses, damages, or costs arising from failure to obtain adequate insurance.
9. Liability
Preseason Co Ltd is not liable for injury, loss, accident, damage, or delay that may occur during travel, training, or accommodation use.
We act solely as an intermediary between the client and our suppliers, and each supplier’s own terms and policies also apply.
We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or public health emergencies.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Preseason Co Ltd collects and processes client information solely for the purpose of managing bookings, communication, and service delivery.

11. Force Majeure
Preseason Co Ltd cannot be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, or government restrictions.
In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or find suitable alternatives, but refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on supplier policies.
